My name is Gail Richardson.

 

I’m passionate about practicing meditation because of the benefits it has brought me. Like many people, I've had my fair share of difficult life experiences and at times have found these tricky to navigate. Meditation is something I have done for many years and have found it has improved my wellbeing immensely.

I encourage people to meditate to help with their specific circumstances. I believe that anyone can benefit from meditation.

I’m also a teacher and I’ve been teaching English to adults for 21 years. I really enjoy teaching and helping my students to improve their lives.

 

It was a very natural step to bring teaching and meditative practice together.  I’d love to share meditation, which has given me such positive outcomes, with you!
